An interactive presentation of what was in the report by National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. Working with 3D graphic produced by Javier Zarracina, I put this interactive flash piece together with writing and reporting help from group of reporters/artists in November, 2009.
“A report from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health cited several missteps in efforts to fight a 2007 fire in a West Roxbury restaurant that killed two firefighters. The fire had been burning and fumes building up for an hour in an enclosed space above the ceiling before smoke was discovered and firefighters were called.”
